ââJOB OVERVIEW:
We're a growing party rental business looking for a reliable, responsible and customer-friendly Part Time, delivery driver to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking extra income with a flexible schedule -Ideal for students or anyone with spare time during the week and weekends.
ââKEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
-Delivery and pick up party and event rental equipment (i.e: tables, chairs, tent installation, inflatables, yard games and more.)
- Load and unload equipment safely.
-Set up or assist with basic set up/takedown of rental items on-site as needed.
- Communicate professionally with customers to ensure timely and satisfactory service.
- Inspect equipment before and after delivery to ensure proper condition.
-Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently.
Assist with warehouse organization or minor maintenance when needed.
ââREQUIREMENTS:
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
-Able to lift 50+lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from facility.
-Punctual, dependable and self-motivator.

âPOSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Remote Receptionist to handle incoming phone calls for our party and event rentals business. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible work from home hours and looking to earn some extra money. Expected light to moderate call volume depending on slow or busy season. (INDEPENDEDNT CONTRACTOR ROLE)
âKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally during business hours.
-Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, pricing, and scheduling.
-Record messages, lead details, or job requests and promptly forward to the appropriate team member for follow up.
-Maintain a high level of customer service and phone etiquette.
-Use provided call-handling script and software provided.
âQUALIFICATIONS:
-Strong verbal communication skills
-Reliable phone/internet connection.
-Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
-Comfortable working independently and be a self motivator.
-Previous experience a plus.
âSCHEDULE & WORKLOAD:
-Part-Time during business hours of operation 9:00am-7:00pm M-F/ Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm/Closed Sundays.
-Flexible hours, mostly during weekdays/weekends depending on business activities.
-Call Volume varies by season.
-Calls should be answered live. (Instant text reply should be sent for any missed calls.)
-Missed calls should be returned within 5-15 minutes.
